What started as a vague interest has turned into a ion for Kate. One of our most reliable contributors, she has been willing to drop everything to write anything, and even came out to a game she wasn’t covering, just so that she would understand the protocol. Kate has been a joy to have on staff, and we’re really excited to see what she comes up with in the months to come.
After attending contributors’ training, Labiba persistently followed up with us asking to write a story for the News section—and we’re glad she did. She’s caught on to Journal style easily and her stories, which all ran on the front page, required few changes. We love working with her and hope her name will become a regular feature in the Journal.
Alison Mowat is a rock star. With two well-written and well-researched features in the month of October alone, Alison has proven invaluable to this year’s section. Her attention to detail and delightful turns of phrase are greatly appreciated.
