Queen’s is reporting one active case of COVID-19 in the Queen’s community as of Monday evening.
The new case was identified last week. There have been a total of 89 cases reported by the University since Aug. 31, including 79 off campus and 10 in residence.

Students looking to get tested for COVID-19 can book an appointment at Queen’s Satellite COVID-19 Assessment Centre in Mitchell Hall through Student Wellness Services (SWS).
SWS is now offering voluntary asymptomatic testing for students after Kingston, Frontenac, and Lennox and Addington (KFL&A) Public Health confirmed the first case of the B.1.1.7. case of COVID-19 in the region.
Appointments can be booked Monday to Friday.
KFL&A Public Health is reporting 9 active cases in the region. There have been 667 cases in the region since the pandemic’s outbreak and one death.
