PSAC 901 strikes for fair wages

On March 10, 2025, PSAC 901 Unit 1—representing 2,000 Teaching Assistants, Research Assistants, and Teaching Fellows—gathered outside Stauffer Library at the corner of Union St. and University Ave. demanding better wages and working conditions after the union and the University failed to reach a tentative agreement to renew their Collective Agreement. The Journal spoke with PSAC 901 strikers to learn more about their demands for better wages and working conditions following failed negotiations.
