Queen’s boasts one of the largest university intramural programs in the country, with leagues in sports ranging from basketball and volleyball to broomball and innertube waterpolo.
The Athletic Information Night, which allows students from all disciplines and years a chance to sign up for intramural teams, takes place Tuesday, Sept. 13 from 5-7 p.m. in Bartlett Gym in the Physical Education Centre (PEC).
Officiating clinics occur on Saturday, Sept. 17 in room 205 of the PEC, where students will be trained in order to be able to referee games throughout the year, being paid anywhere from $9 to $20 per game depending on certification and experience.
